* Please submit 1 order per player that includes the uniform package. Enter that player’s name at ORDERED FOR when entering the billing address at check out.*

Instructions:

1. Go to MYSC Store

2. Click Add to Cart for the Uniform Package.

3. Enter the Player Name (Uniform Coordinator will handle numbers directly with Kevin Smith Sports).

4. Click Add and Continue.

Once orders are complete they will be given to the coaches to hand out to parents/players. If you have any ordering questions then please e-mail our Uniform Coordinator.
